No one had any clue how Ahri had escaped the virtual world and into the real one. A few moments before she had been standing on a grassy plane and the next she was standing in the internet cafe, blinking in the artificial light. As expected, the sudden change was more than enough to put her into complete confusion as she bolted around the cafe looking for an exit. As she hurried out of the cafe, she was forced to suddenly stop as a little group of toddlers was led down the path by an attendant and helpers. All kinds of little tots waddled along together as they eagerly played around on the way to their monthly excursion with the daycare.

All control over the kids was lost however as they saw Ahri, her tails all swishing majestically as she stood still trying to keep out of their way. Nothing could have prepared her for the sudden rush of toddlers who giggled and shrieked as they hurried to the fox girl, trying to catch her many soft tails.  “Ah…” Ahri couldnt even protest as the kids hugged her tails gently, their adorable little faces making it even harder.

“Kids! Leave her alone, now!” One of the teenaged assistants was making her frustration known as she waded through the crowd of toddlers, pulling them away from Ahri’s tail. As the last of the children were pulled from her, Ahri felt a slight tingle in her tail. Perhaps it was just numbness from all the hugs.

Looking around, Ahri felt a little confused. Where was she going? Was she meant to be heading somewhere? The kids had now begun to move off, some still waving excitedly as they said goodbye to the fox lady that had appeared with the soft huggable tails. She felt a kind of pull towards the group now. They were pretty cute toddlers, and the little tykes were made all the more adorable by their enthusiasm and love of her tails. How could she not love anyone who found so much enjoyment from her tail. Had she always thought like this? She had a vague recollection of being less open to such touching of her tail, but now she wasn’t sure. Maybe the kids could help her?

As she walked, she realized the kids weren’t actually as young as she had thought. She thought she must have been much much older, but now as she followed, she realized it must be less than 12 years gap between her and them. They weren’t even in school yet, she was in high school now. Why was she even following them? The tingle surged in her tail once again. Surely the babies weren’t going anywhere fun. She was almost in 3rd grade and she’d be going on much better excursions than anything those toddlers would be going on!

Ahri hurried to keep up, her quick walk beginning to slow to a waddle as the little legend found herself struggling with the thickness of her diaper. At least she didn’t have diapers as thick as some of the other kids in their group. They were going on an excursion today! She was so excited! Maybe it would be to the zoo! She was part fox wasn’t she, maybe she’d see some foxes there? Ahri giggled as she caught up with the rest of the group, who all eagerly greeted their new toddler fox girl member of the daycare class. Her tails were a lot smaller but the other toddlers were still interested in it.

When the group finally stopped for a break, one of the other kids suggested they play at being animals, an idea Ahri loved. Soon she was crawling around on all fours with the other kids. They were being all kinds of creatures, but she was being a fox girl. Ahri gave a giggle, so oblivious to any hardships in the world as she played with the other kids, just one more padded toddler for the daycare. One more cutie who was there to stay a LONG time.
